Today's featured dessert is our Triple Berry Galette!
This "open faced" free form tart is brimming with seasonal blueberries, strawberries and raspberries and is baked to perfection using a buttery, flakey crust, garnished with pastry stars.Individual versions of this scrumptious galette (pictured above) can be purchased in our retail store. In addition, a larger version can be ordered.
