Fall Menu

Summer is coming to an end, and the delightful, comforting smells of cinnamon, ginger, apple and pumpkin are radiating from our kitchen! So that can only mean that it's time to introduce our Fall Menu! Items on this Fall Menu will be available September 14th through October 31st, in addition to some of your Dessert Works favorites that are always available.

Two seasonal cake flavors will be available in our retail store, including:

Caramel Apple Cake
Vanilla chiffon cake layered with creamy caramel mousse and fresh sliced apples seasoned with cinnamon and ginger. Our autumn version of the Fresh Strawberries & Cream cake.

Maple Pumpkin Mousse Cake
Moist, tender pumpkin cake, layered with maple mousse and finished in vanilla buttercream with our autumnal leaf design.
6" - $22, 8" - $30, 10" - $40 and Individual

White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake
Creamy pumpkin cheesecake with a ginger molasses crust, finished with white chocolate cream topping and fresh whipped cream.

Cappuccino Buzz Bombe
Dense fudge cake with milk chocolate espresso mousse and a lightened vanilla cream center. This dome shaped dessert is finished in chocolate ganache and decorated with cocoa nibs and chocolate cigarettes.

Pumpkin Spice Roulade
This delicious, tender spice cake is filled with light and fluffy pumpkin mousse, then rolled to create the roulade. It is garnished with fresh whipped cream and confectioner's sugar.
16" serves 8-16 $18

Rustic Apple Tart
A deep-dish tart brimming generously with fresh, locally grown apples and topped with a brown sugar and oatmeal streusel crumble.

Chocolate Carmel Pecan Tart
Pecans and caramel in a shortbread crust, finished with chocolate mousse and chocolate dipped pecans.
8" - $21, 10" - $27

Pear & Cranberry Galette
A free-form tart filled with crimson cranberries and pears mellowed with a sweetened cream filling and baked inside a flaky crust.
9" - $18.50
The Chocolate Caramel Pecan Tart, White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake, Cappuccino Buzz Bombe, Rustic Apple Tart and Maple Pumpkin Mousse Cake will also be available as individual sized desserts!
