This week, as part of our continuing staff profiles, we would like to introduce Emilee! Emilee is our resident expert on everything gluten free. If you need a recommendation for the best gluten free dessert, she's your girl!
Education: After completing her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Emilee earned relevant work experience working in a bridal boutique, hotels, and country clubs in Florida before moving here 4 months ago and joining our team.
Favorite Dessert Works item: Opera Torte! It's gluten free, of course!
Favorite Part of the Job: "Seeing the transformation of the cakes from a design on paper to the real finished product!"
