Emily and Ervin had their wedding reception at the Saphire Estate in Sharon and we were able to create their wedding cake for them!

Their all white cake was simple with our swiss dot design and a pearl border in vanilla buttercream. But the focus of the cake was the gorgeous, hand sculpted, white chocolate ruffle cascade!

  2. Hi Rosa!

    To do the ruffles we sheeted white modeling chocolate into thin strips and then ruffled them by hand, applying them in little clusters to form a large cascade.
