White Chocolate Raspberry Dome

Today's featured Tasty Tuesday treat is a white chocolate dome filled with fresh raspberry mousse. The dome sits on a base made of chocolate cake and chocolate mousse, covered in chocolate ganache.

    I sure wish we had a good bakery here in Dallas Texas like Dessertworks! Ive not found
    one decent bakery (Italian) and I really miss
    the Italian Rum Cakes! Might have to move back to Massachusetts!
