Thanksgiving is only 5 days away!

This is just a reminder that we request orders for Thanksgiving be placed by tomorrow, Sunday 11/24 to ensure they are available for pick up by Wednesday 11/27. Pies and tarts are flying from the cases as we approach the holiday, so stop in or give us a call if you still need to guarantee a dessert for Thanksgiving. Happy Turkey Day from Dessert Works!

As promised in our last blog post, the Lemon Sunshine cupcake is here. Citrus lovers rejoice! This vanilla cupcake is filled with a tart lemon curd, domed with a creamy lemon mousse, and finished in a sweet white chocolate glaze. As the days get colder and shorter, be sure to stop in for an extra dose of "Sunshine."

The newest addition to the cases here at Dessert Works is a "Mounds" of Coconut cupcake. It's a delicious vanilla cupcake baked with shredded coconut, filled and domed with our Dolce caramel mousse, and finished in chocolate ganache and toasted coconut. It's the perfect blend of chocolate and caramel with just the right amount of coconut. Decadent yet light, it's already a huge hit here in the shop, so be sure to check them out next time you stop by!

Holiday season is fast approaching, and here at Dessert Works we've got a full menu of your fall favorites just in time for Thanksgiving! Not only do we have some fabulous seasonal desserts like a Rustic Apple Tart and a Pear & Cranberry Galette, but our fall cake flavor, Caramel Apple, is back by popular demand. Our Thanksgiving specials include a variety of seasonal pies including Traditional Pumpkin, Maple Pecan, Double Crust Apple and many more. If you're looking for something new and different this Thanksgiving, try our delicious Maple Pumpkin Mousse Torte! While we try to keep our items stocked and ready to go, it always a good idea to order in advance to ensure availability.
