You can tell from its size that this Weddings Wednesday cake was for a small wedding. But if the couple is as vibrant and fun as their cake was, we would have loved to be celebrating at their wedding reception!

This jester style cake features colorful rolled chocolate applique and flowers, along with some whimsical shooting hearts!

XBOX 360

Recently, we created an XBOX 360 cake for one lucky teenager's birthday! The cake came out so cool that we just had to share it with you today for Featured Friday!

The console itself was the cake, covered in rolled chocolate. All the hand done details are really great, so feel free to click on the photos to see them larger! The controller was hand made completely out of rolled chocolate.

Swags

One of the really fun aspects of any job in the wedding industry is that every couple is different. Each wedding is unique and reflective of each couple. Some couples prefer a more modern look, some prefer simple, some prefer traditional, and everything in between!

Today's Weddings Wednesday cake is definitely more traditional with it's wallace scroll design and rolled chocolate swags.

The flowers at the joining points of the swags are all hand made out of rolled chocolate.

This is our 100th blog post, so today we're celebrating Featured Friday with this great cake!

This cake was cut out in the shape of the numbers 1 0 0, decorated with our swirls and dots design, white shooting stars and a rolled chocolate banner to celebrate Grandpa K's 100th birthday!
